Application Procedure

A student who wishes to drop out must fill out an application form signed by both the student and his/her guardian and obtain approval from the dean of the related department and visit the Office of Academic Affairs with his/her ID card and submit the document.

Refund of Tuition
- For students who drop out after paying tuition, tuition will be refunded in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of Education “Regulations on Tuition of University.”

By 30th day from the start of the term5/6 of tuition
31st day to 60th day from the start of the term2/3 of tuition
61st day to 90th day from the start of the term1/2 of tuition
91st day and afterNo refund
- If a student pays tuition and takes leave of absence and then wishes to drop out, the day the reason for a refund occurs is the day he/she applies for leave of absence. If those on leave of absence for consecutive semesters wish to drop out, the day they apply for the first leave of absence is the day the reason for a refund occurs.
